When compared to the Barbra, the Cali Barbra is a more forgiving surfboard and came upon me when I was in California for a Summer. I wanted a board that I was familiar with but a touch more user friendly and catered to softer waves. The wider nose and fuller rail are the primary differences. It offers simpler nose rides while retaining the majority of the original Barbara's qualities.
