The Favourite Child

When a regular log won't do and a 12-footer is simply too gigantic, this board is designed for maximum glide. Mass paddle power is made possible by the rounder rail and foil, which allows for an incredibly smooth transition through the different wave sections. Although it wasn't a requirement when I was building this model, nose riding ticked the box as well. This board fits comfortably into the pocket thanks to the pulled-in nose and fuller rounder 50/50 rails in the nose, which are complemented by the flat deckline slice provided. The pulled in tail and pinched rails in the back end provides simplicity through turns, which is complimented by the rounder rails further up the board which allows for a forgiving surfboard.
